THE ISSUE

After the pandemic, a new issue affected bars all over the world: a major lack of staff. Gen Z don’t want to work in bars. They see it as a dead-end job, preferring to work somewhere where they can build a career.


On the other hand, bar work teaches us many skills transferable to the corporate world. Emotional intelligence, teamwork, and thriving under pressure, to name a few.
