In my early days at Le Pub Amsterdam, I was part of the Heineken Social team. This often meant coming up with viral posts with the speed of light. Reacting to breaking news and trending topics in real time.
We executed the famous Squid Games post in 15 minutes. It became the second most-liked post in the history of Heineken, covered by Ad Age and over 30 other news outlets.
We also prepared posts for special occasions relevant to the brand, such as April Fool’s Day.
And sometimes, we even reacted to the weather forecast.
Always raining in Amsterdam…
